This policy explains how our services are delivered and what you can expect after purchase.

All purchases are governed by our Terms of Service.

delivery

Digital downloads are delivered by email and download link immediately after payment.

Consultation calls and programs are delivered as live video calls on agreed dates.

You will receive a calendar invite and joining link after payment.

Done-for-you services begin after payment is received and your package has been confirmed.

rescheduling

Sometimes plans change. If you or we need to move a live session, it will be rescheduled to the next available time.

Sessions are not refundable, but they will always be delivered.

In case of illness, emergencies, or other circumstances outside either party’s control, we make reasonable efforts to find a new time as soon as possible.

All sales are final unless a platform policy says otherwise.

EU consumer buyers

The law gives a 14-day withdrawal right.

This right ends once digital content has been delivered with your consent, or once a consultation call or program has been fully delivered.

If you withdraw before full delivery, you pay for the part already completed.

payments

We accept Stripe, Gumroad, PayPal, or bank transfer, depending on the checkout.

All work begins only after payment clears.

Bank transfer is optional.

If you choose this method, please note that we cannot receive transfers from banks, companies, or tax residents in countries listed on FATF’s black or grey lists.

We also take into account the Basel AML Index and current geopolitical restrictions to comply with anti–money laundering and counter–terrorism financing laws.

We deliver strategy, structure, and execution.

Results depend on your own engagement, your product or service-market fit, and how much you show up on the platform.

We cannot guarantee outcomes or earnings.
